Benny Martinez



"Do it right the first time"

Benny started his professional career in architecture way back in 1982 as a draftsman in one of the leading consulting firms in the country. In 1989, he was sent to San Francisco, California to study the AutoCAD software for architecture and engineering design applications and eventually became the head of the cad department. He has also worked on various private and US military projects in Republic of Palau and Hawaii. 

He stayed in Guam for couple of years as architectural designer in which he was involved in various commercial, hotel and residential projects. 

Back in the country in mid 90’s, he became one of the senior architects of Parsons International Ltd. He was tasked to do projects for their Middle East clientele. His long years of experience in project coordination works, construction documentation and cad operations led him to a brief stay in an outsourcing company that provides architectural construction documentation services in UAE, Canada and America as production manager.

In 2004, he joined RECIO+CASAS as project architect to handle projects such as The Shang Grand Tower, The St. Francis Towers and other mixed used development

Graduated in 1982 from the University of Santo Tomas with the degree in Architecture and passed the board exam in 1984.
