East Riverbank Project

Marikina City

The master plan calls for a mixed-used development on two parcels of land separated by the Marikina river. The properties will consist of low-rise retail, low rise office building clusters along the river side, and 15 to 12- storey residential towers with podium parking built on clusters per block at the rear, adjacent to SM Marikina.

The 10-Ha East Side Riverbank of facing Marcos Highway is Phase 1 of the project with approximate 500,000 sq m constructed floor area. Phase 2, the 15-Ha West Side Riverbank will also have a 500,000 sq m. constructed floor area.
