Barbra has been of service to the firm for 8 years, having started as an entry-level architect in the firm. She has worked on a wide variety of project types but most notable are projects in Hospitality and Integrated Resorts. Aside from being In-charge of looking over the design, production of drawings, and client coordination she is also involved in several departments and activities.
She played an active role in the strategy formulation in preparation for year 2020. Prepared strategy planning worksheets to come up with a 5 year strategic plan framework. This resulted in a focused discussion amongst management regarding where we want to be and the identification of key strategic areas, long term objectives, and initiatives and programs.
She is also the head of the research and development department that focuses on conducting project specific research, creating a consolidated design reference for the firm, and market research.
The editor in-chief of the firm’s in-house publication which aims to communicate all activities of the firm including highlighting accomplishments, sharing best practices, and partaking professional opinions on relevant topics to its staff and clients.
