Pacific Plaza Condominium

1990 | Makati City

The 45-storey luxury residential condominium was completed in 1990, offering units at 285 square meters each – the biggest units at that time. It has since become a benchmark of today’s high-rise living standards and is one of the tallest residential buildings in the country.

The Pacific Plaza also boasts of being the first in the Philippines to use the highest strength of concrete to compensate for its height. The building also utilized rose-colored reflective glass which gives it a distinctive look.

Other features include five basement floors, outdoor swimming pool, an indoor children’s playroom, a fully-equipped gym and a resident’s private lounge.
